Gill is amazing at what she does. My weekly visit to Gill was so personal and she based her recipes for me around my likes and dislikes. Her recipes are gorgeous. Whether I was down 4lbs or half a pound, Gill would always praise me and encourage me for the following week which is such a motivator. 6 weeks ago I felt lethargic, sluggish and I felt uncomfortable in my clothes. 6 weeks on and I’m down 12 and a half lbs , 6 inches off my waist and 3 off my hips. I’ve never felt better and I’m full of energy. I will certainly be recommending Gill to everyone.
